Chuck Stewart is a trial lawyer of more than 35 years, a fellow in The American College of Trial Lawyers and an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Attorneys. He has successfully tried a vast number of cases, primarily in the defense of corporations in product liability, employment, business disputes, class actions, intellectual property, antitrust, construction, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Chuck’s product liability experience includes claims against corporate clients brought by individuals and classes of individuals. Chuck has defended a broad number of manufacturers, including those who make automobiles, component parts for automobiles (seat belts, air bags, brakes, axles, and tires), heating and air conditioner systems, propane products, commercial trucks, truck trailers, boats, industrial equipment, off-road vehicles, recreational equipment, firearms, construction materials, elevators, escalators, appliances, and power tools.

Chuck serves as co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability team, is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, and has extensive litigation experience on a national scope. He has represented clients in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
